Is this a common problem with the U4 and Firestick or is it due to a power issue? When I use my Chromecast, I have no problem with the U4 speaker playing sound. When I use a Firestick, there is no sound at all.
Hello, please change the Fire TV audio output options to disable surround sound. Let us know if this works.
That brought the sound back. It sounds like the it is coming out of a tin can when I turn surround sound off, but at least it is producing some sound.
