Obviously the further back you are from a screen, the bigger the viewing area will be. Is 120" the recommended size? Or is it the max size suggested before the image degrades? Planning to use mine for outdoor movie nights. The screen we have is exactly 120" (16x9). Just hoping 120" is peak performance.

I had it on a 300" screen and it is still ok :); on 120" and full power you have crisp clear cinema experience in a dark room.

120” is a good size. I have used it at 190” without problems, brightness was ok, but of course not the same as a 2000 lumen projector on that same wall. Still, 120-150-180” are all ok based on how much ambient light there is.
