Picopix max Doesn't turn off.

Hello Everyone,

After pressing the power button my ppm freeze and doesn’t turn off until the battery is flat.

I tried to press and hold the power button for 10sec,that’s doesn’t change anything…

Do you have any ideas, solutions?
