Hi, has anybody else had to wait in complete radio silence on a replacement projector. I received mine earlier in the year and it quickly became apparent the battery was a dud. After a back and forth with the support team they decided to have me return and replace the faulty projector.
Well, after about six months of trying to get a label and have a courier come pick it up with very intermittent communication from customer support, it was finally collect on the 20th October. And since then… nothing, no replies to my follow up queries, no updates, nothing!
