Hello. I have recently bought my Picopix PPX360, and it came without charger. First I had difficulties to find out what are specs for the charger and than I found it is 20V 3.25A 65W. But after I plugin this charger which is Lenovo by the way, red light indicator is only blinking as well as white light simultaneously.
I think battery is drained now, so on charger or not, when I turned it on, it has power to show Philips logo only and than it turns off.
Can you give me some advice, what to do?
