Kindly need your help as I have PicoPix ppx3614, and when turning it on, it’s power up and froze on the white Philips logo screen, and there is nothing happened after that. Also, I can’t turn it off until I use the hard reset button. I tried the power supply and the laptop. There is no response to the remote control or the touchpad. The power led flashed red/green (3 sec red, 1 sec green).
Can anyone help me with this? How to factory reset it? Is the problem with the power supply or the battery or what?
