Has anyone purchased as Screenneo UL5 and had issues with it even booting up properly?
I am just seeing blue and white rectangles?
I have literally just unboxed it and powered it on.

I don’t have this but I’m unable to get past the Philips logo at start up. Did you find a way to get past this screen yet or maybe reset it somehow?
I wrote to the support and they told me to send it back to them. They suspect some kind of damage in transit.
Sent it back and now waiting to see what they can do.
It is working “fine” for me.
I can start the Screenneo UL5 and use some of the apps but not all.
Any updates from your side? Is the new version working?
