I can’t find it anymore, but I’m sure there was someone with the same issue: got machine today, everything seemed fine until I saw a dark image. There is a massive shadow covering the entire right 1/6th of the screen. Definitely not a room shadow, part of the image thrown by the PPM. Persists across all content and inputs. It’s not noticeable on a bright image, like the main menu, but any low apl image will make it very obvious.
It’s like there’s something casting a shadow in the light path inside the projector. Decentred lens? Support case?
