Yes streaming service apps for tv or movies like YouTube etc, I have tried one from mainland China the app works but after clicking on videos it won’t play it gives an error telling me my location doesn’t allow it, it won’t even work with VPN
Taiwan does have streaming services, but I’m not sure if PicoPix Max will perform. E.g:

Once click on confirm it just exits the app, think google services are needed, so definitely won’t work, -
KKTV also needs google services, warning is in English app won’t launch further, not working,

Ani.gamer, good news although it also says it needs google services but just ignore it and it works, it’s also geo restricted for Taiwan only but I got it working with a VPN, played smoothly only in 360p, to get higher resolution you need to sign in but no option to register on app, so for Taiwan users at least this app should work great, although it’s all anime in Japanese but with Chinese subtitles
And though it’s only 360p because it’s animated and not live footage it’s actually not bad and very watchable compared to other 360p resolution

看來好像蠻多人還沒收到貨，反查了前幾天查到的TN(tracking number)，好像還有卡在物流的。 透過底下的網站, 可以查到更細物流狀況, 至少可以看到收件人的大致姓名，例如底下這個狀況盧先生有看到的話可以打去問問問看。

另外像我即使收到貨了但我的backerkit還是沒有顯示出貨, 甚至也沒有TN. 所以我懷疑philips可能也沒有TN, 也就是目前的狀況是, philips 把貨送出去給一個很爛的forwarder, 即使我們提供了對的訊息, 但物流把地址亂翻, 運氣好的backer名字電話是對的，還可以聯絡到人. 運氣不好的就變成幽靈包裹了.
之前有試著寫程式, 因為怕影響到物流網站的流速, 加上不知道TN的數值範圍有多大，以及到底這批有多少人，所以沒有大量反查(畢竟範圍有5位數). 後來有試著透過查詢關稅局網站想找出這批空運對應的主提單號碼也許就可以查出這批貨所有包裹，但看起來關稅局的資訊還是很不明確，所以就卡住了。 之前好像有人有打電話問過報關行，也許可以試著問問看"主提單號碼"，再透過底下的網站也許就可以取得更多TN，再透過物流網站就可以查到更多幽靈包裹。

正常管道應該是你去問philips說的那個物流，提供你的資訊(姓名與手機)，應該可以拿到幽靈包裹才是。

每個backer可以從EZWAY可以取得他的分提單號。
目前看分提單號就是tracking number. 也就是可以從物流網站查到的號碼。
但這些資訊只限於個人而已，無法知道同一批的人的狀況。 但如果可以知道
主提單號，透過我說的網站。也許就可以拿到同批的清單，例如底下的例子，
就可以列出來一串分提單號。 而我只是寫個程式，使用CVTExxxxxxxxxx去查幾
個有結果的。
不過這個資訊philips應該也可以拿到才是，畢竟他是寄貨的人。

你再拿這個分提單號去貼心物流查詢目前貨物的狀況
