Streaming 1080p 60fps from youtube freezes the app

I tried to stream a 1080p 60fps video from youtube. The video freezes in about 3 seconds of playing. I tried three times with the same result. However, once I set the quality to 1080p with 30fps it plays smoothly.

Do you happen to know what could cause this issue?

Can you confirm if it is ‘avc’ or ‘vp9’?
‘vp9’ works better on 1080p@60fps
