Support for PicoPix Max

Dear @Jamarsh4, it is hard for me to tell, as I have recently joined the company. I believe there were issues with the supplier, that could not provide shipping labels on time. Sorry for that.
Anyway, I see that your projector was delivered, could you please confirm that?

@Philips_Support_T I’ve submitted the return form 3 weeks ago and still no response back. How long does it take!?

I am tired of the whole thing.
