2 weeks ago I received the tracking link of my shipment. DHL link does not work:
“No shipment with given tracking number found.”
1 week ago I wrote to support@screeneo.com; to tell them about the incident, but I haven’t received any response.
My question is. Is there someone who is attending to these claims? I have been a contributor to other Indiegogo initiatives and what has happened with philips I have never experienced. I understand the delays caused by the pandemic, but I do not understand that no one attends to those who have made the contribution.
Is there a way to cancel and have the money returned?
Please HELP!!!
