I have a new NeoPix Ultra2 projector I received as an xmas gift. I set the device up without issue and tested with external devices and all worked well.
When I turned it on for a second time I now have vertical lines throughout the image and on further investigation this only occurs in desktop mode. Attached pics showing screen image in front desktop and front ceiling.
