Amazon Prime Videos wouldn't play

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Prime Video via an APK download (my Aptoide app no longer works). I cleared the cache and deleted all setting via the secret menu, but I still cannot get Prime Video to work. I have also tried various versions of Prime Video apk – all those that are recommended here in this thread. I even tried deregistering the projector from my Amazon account. Nothing works. UGH! The last Prime Video Version I tried was 3.0.269.106747. The software version I am running on my projector is 1.1.02. The error message I get from Prime is 1004-AI. Other streaming apps, such as Netflix and YouTube are working fine.

Would anyone recommend a factory reset?

Both my Amazon Prime apps (Android TV and Android) still won’t play movies that are paid. It only plays the trailers. I can play free movies however. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions? I have the latest firmware. @Philips_Support_P

Try to use the older version. Hope, it will be fixed.
