The general info page says amq is managed by startrak. But it’s still not active yet and I need mine redirected

So, on the 18 Mar, ur staff told me that the missing shipment will be shipped on the 21/3.
then @Philips_Support_N told me that it will be shipped in 2 days.
My backerkit remains the same. Could you please check? And not to be rude, but do you actually have an idea when the item will be shipped? If so, please give me a proper, realistic estimate.

Things are out of the control of Philips, and you may have noticed there’s a bit of serious stuff going on in the world and these projectors are insignificant trinkets in the grand scheme of things.

Yet my tracking still isn’t working… Fastway
My AMQ tracking number is showing up now with the item flagged as “on its way” and currently in Sydney.
Just search AMQXXXXXXX in Austpost tracking site. If nothing just be patient, they’re working through them.

Mine came up as ‘its on it’s way” but doesn’t show where it is. Hope our WA border closure won’t affect the delivery.

Ok I just checked tracking again, backerkit has my correct address but the tracking is showing someone else’s name, the correct parcel locker number but the wrong address and says it’s delivering to NSW and not to WA.
Looks like a massive stuff up and I won’t be receiving this package based on this tracking info.
@Philips_Support_N can you please look into this?
My AMQ is now showing in AsuPost. Data is correct and I’ve successfully redirected due to me Work from Home. No estimated delivery date.

I think it’s better if you ask @Philips_Support_N to explain what happens to yours.
If you redirect the current tracking you might end up getting 2 and the other buyer get 0…

Picked up in Sydney…Let see by when it is delivered in Melbourne

Fastway tracking is showing up now, it is picked up by courier in Sydney, estimated delivery to Brisabne is March 30th.

And here. Fastway tracking now recognizing the original full number provided (ie including the BD part). Says delivery tomorrow for me in Sydney.
