First of all, thank you for the new information and for all your help.
What about the batch named Betty? When is that due to be shipped? My projector was meant to ship in the first week of May and then got postponed to the 18th - why is it not in the first batch named Jordan? This is already the third delay for me as my projector was actually included in list 2 but got pushed into list 3 (and I was promised it would be the first to be included in the new list) as the forwarder had said they ‘could not deliver to Malta’ due to logistical reasons when in actuality they could… Please include me in the Jordan or Laurent/Amy batch. You seem to have no issue reshuffling people around… IGG ID 8036.
I can see people in the 16,xxx IGG range are in the Jordan batch and I’m not!!

My shipment seems to have travelled from Shenzhen to Hongkong. It seems to be really coming together now.

Thanks @Davy, I got the dates like that from the meeting “notes” didn’t have time to check that! 
I do not know how exactly the forwarder will group these, they indicated what I wrote down. But regardless of when and how he groups them, as soon as we have the tracking numbers we will upload them to Backerkit. And yes, they will still take some time from having been generated (so they can be printed and stuck onto the individual packages) to the packages being scanned by DHL for the first time.
Don’t know if we will, but I’ll keep it in mind
Betty is basically the original List 3. Those have mostly shipped already according to me, but I’ll try to double check somehow.
@PeteD: I did have to reverse engineer the list real quick, so perhaps the batches are not correct. I also saw some numbers twice in the list, some in one batch and again in another. I’ll look into that later on. Perhaps that will explain some stuff showing in a batch that you’re not expecting.

Thank you for the prompt reply, @IvoGrijt. I look forward to hearing your feedback on my projector and whether it will be in the Jordan list or if it has shipped out already (I do have a tracking number after all).
Thanks @IvoGrijt for the comprehensive overview, and thank you for adding Betty/Jordan/etc references to the batches. One favour: could you provide updates on the batches, as you receive updates from the forwarder? It looks like the flights scheduled for 16/18/22 were cancelled, correct? When you receive updates on flights (e.g. Monday 1st) please confirm here whether that flight actually left China and landed in Germany. Thanks!

Ivo, What about the rest of Southamercian countries! Southamerica is not just Brazil… I wrote you many times over this thread, also issue with list 1 backers thread and southamerica issues thread. Got a “like” from you as a response. Already read that the “like” means you already read my post and pin them for solution. But I haven’t heard any news for the rest of the backers from southamerica. My indiegogo ID is 7000 (was on list 1 with backer kit ID 15590853) so I am among relative early backers… It is amazing how they keep adding later backers on the list 3 and backers with numbers between mine. Should I be expecting my shipment also? Or me and the rest of southamerica (Not Brazil) have to wait. I know you probably have a lot of work but reading news about other countries and still being forgotten is really stressful @IvoGrijt @Philips_Support_N

I’m not sure if this is the final list but I don’t see my contribution ID on it (# 21243 - Abu Dhabi).
Could you please confirm? I know I’m one of the last backers but just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missed in case this was the final list indeed. If there will still be further updates to the list containing the last remaining backers, appreciate if you could advise when the shipping is likely to take place.

I have 3 devices, 19791, 19840 and 19845. My contribution id 19845 shows up on list 3 three (3) times but 19791 and 19840 are not listed. Is this correct due to the multiple order?

It’s probably correct. When we switched from Backerkit ID’s to Indiegogo ID’s the lookup algorithm is matching the people on mail address. Your Backerkit accounts are all in the system only once for each pledge, as are the Indiegogo pledges, but the matchmaking keeps matching them to the first IGG ID. That’s only visually an issue, for when we send the information to the forwarder we do so based on Backerkit information only.

Everyone will be included on the list by next week, as we finish our production run. Then it becomes a matter of actually shipping them out to you guys.

I have to apologize to you personally.
I had everything I still had to do or check up on or circle back to marked as Unread items. But two nights ago I accidentally pressed the Dismiss all button instead of the Expand all button (Buttons too close to each other? Too little sleep?), and I lost all my Unread markings. So therefore I did not know who or what I had dealt with already or not, and have to start all over again going through all my notifications one by one. Sadly I hadn’t gotten around to yours yet it seems.
I’ll check that for you tonight.
