I am backer # 4859 in the UAE. Am I included in the next batch to be dispatched next Monday?

Where are they going ?

@Philips_Support_N You shipped to EU over a week ago and the shipment should now be in Germany so please can you now release the eu tracking codes into Backerkit as forgotton backer is still not shipped in backer kit.

I would not be so sure about the location of the batch.
All transporters are currently focusing on medical supplies and food, leaving everything else with lower priority.
Please do not keep Screeneo accountable for what, when and how DHL is operating. They will give an update (respectively tracking number) the moment they have news from DHL.
The fact that Germany is also getting ready for a lock down might slow down things even more.

It’s good to have your responses, unfortunately, their news pinned are not sufficient AT ALL, and your responses may make them feel it’s good and so they’re just lazy and leave it there. That’s why so many questions has been posting and frustrating everyone, unless you’re working for them, getting paid by them to support this forum officially, otherwise, you’re distracting their proper responses too. So sorry to have this feedback
