Hello everybody, i backed this project in october 2019 - have contribution id 15883 but now that i’m taking a closer look at my indiegogo contribution page i see that my adress there is wrong.

On Indiegogo it says i live in the united states, but i live in Belgium.

My adress in Backerkit is correct. So do i need to worry abouth this? or does Philips only look at the adress in Backerkit?

Hello Andy, welcome!

The Backerkit address is the only one that matters, all the shipping details are taken from there. So you should be fine.

Yes I did until you started spamming! My projector was shipped 5 days ago so mines on the way after a long wait!

I agree with what Tom123 said.

I’ve had a couple of issues around much needed address changes which gets lost because of silly, selfish posts.

We can see that you want a refund (after the cut off date) and I do understand your frustration, particularly as someone who was trying (badly) to use reverse psychology received a refund that he actually didn’t want. Instead of just irritating everyone and making it so much more difficult for people with legitimate issues, you could try using kindness and appealing to Phillips for a refund (not on the forum). Can’t guarantee that it’ll work.

I think you are right that my back is recent, March 2020.

Just thinking the orders in HK is not huge, 700 ish orders. So, I was wondering it will be shipped at once in one batch.

When will you ship to remaining USA backers if you list only shows 700+. Honestly I don’t believe anything about this scam anymore. Please show us how to ask for refund. I don’t complain and this is my first time commenting because I did not expect this level of incompetency for Phillips.

Your fellow backers from the States are already very well off compared to the rest of the backers.

In fact, USA is among very few states that have already over 50% of their products delivered while most coutries of the rest of the world is still waiting for the largest batch.

In numbers:

US has 1939 orders with 1164 already delivered, thats like 60% fulfilled . I highly doubt that they had lower backer numbers than many who are still waiting.

In comparison two countries in Europe.

France: 1225 orders, 429 shipped. --> 35%
Germany: 1374 orders, 368 shipped. -->26%

If @Philips_Support_N decides to prioritize the US even more at this point, then it wont sit well with the majority of their backers in their home market.

Ps. The Aussies had the best luck so far with almost every backer delivered. Lucky :smiley:

@Philips - Given international shipping issues, perhaps you could consider shipping to those of us in Hong Kong where delivery should not be impacted given that you have a distribution point here?

One backer from Saudi waiting for six months was really after them and they refunded him…but now he is not happy with that too.
Guess u need to do the same.
