I had a look at the three lists - I’m not on any of them (yet - my ID is 15585468) but have been separately advised via email by Support that my unit should ship in May so I’m not sure what information to go by.
Furthermore, I can’t find shipping status for any units going to Vietnam? Can someone direct me to this?
My Indiegogo contribution ID is 14538 so if we’re at 12xxx I guess May is not to be expected and I was misinformed?

From some reason the old tracking number is not activate
Should i be in list 3 in the 104 list ? I am in status shiping on backerkit from 15.4.20 .
Until now i am not in the list 3 and i didn’t get new mail from backerkit or new tracking number

I go on this forum everyday, and I don’t understand why the delivery status of my picopix no longer changes.
My backerkit n° is 15590502, and I am in France.
DHL package tracking says:
April, 10 2020
13:30 Local time | The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically
and
April, 30 2020
16:56 Local time | The shipment has been processed in the parcel center
Köln, Germany
Since then, nothing.
And my Bakerkit n° doesn’t appear in any of the three lists.
Is it the same for all French people?

Do you know anything about shipping to Switzerland from 23. April (list 2)?
Even though that would mean that it’s a month later than promised by @Philips_Support_N, it would at least not be stuck for another month in HK.
But @Philips_Support_N would have to comment on it. Just saying that they are daily chasing DHL is simply not enough. If they shipped one or two devices only, ok, but not in this case where they ship thousands. DHL definitely has to provide clear and up-to-date info and I’m almost sure they do, if they’re asked.
Have you tried to track the package on La Poste? I think they’re the ones actually doing the last mile delivery.

The IGG backer number is probably correct, as you backed as late as in December. There should be no issues, your projector is coming but it will be a while still.

I got in touch with DHL. They said they returned the package back to the sender because the “Postnummer” (my personal post number) was missing from the shipping address. However, I have checked what I sent to @Philips_Support_T and I sent the full address, so it is their fault.

Thanks for your advice, djupsjob, I hadn’t thought of doing it. Unfortunately, when I use my DHL tracking number on La Poste, it says to me “PENDING / DOES NOT EXIST
Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier.”.
Okay first of I must say WOW, great patience, and understanding from the moderators and creators. You have together with our input (and/or ideas), we have created a marvelous piece of technology that surpasses every other micro projector on the market (even a never Kickstarter if my opinion counts)
But guy all the negativity? just drop it, please. It was your choice to select to pledge money on a project
You all had all the info about that this was not a normal buy one get one kinda shop. my point is that this transaction was not to buy a ready to ship product but something that they knew a good group of people would want and that we also would have input to make it better.
We can honestly say that we have helpt create a product that several thousand others would enjoy.
I am not stressed about when it is shipped because I have already seen demos coming out and its Philips if the project was going so bad that they didn’t have a product that functions they would tell us (I hope?), and then they wouldn’t even need to pay a refund. And honestly, if you need the money back why not just get the projector and sell it unused when it’s on the market? that’s what the distributor’s that can’t sell it yet did. OR be nice and sell it to another backer. I wouldn’t mind getting one extra so I can have one designated for portable use and one in my living room (replacing a BenQ one).
But if they weren’t going to ship them why go through the hassle of informing about shipping?

There is a lot out of their control and they can’t even be there to oversee the prosses
This will be my third pico pix actually and all are still working today 
my oldest is a PPX1430, The newest before Max is PPX4935 that I almost daily use for either movie, series, or outdoor cinema, but the one that I think is going to sell others is Max’s great focus with 4axis. (i am going to put that to the test in the woods this summer, with some camping and movies on at night the 4935 is a little too weak during the summer night here in Norway, so the extra brightness and focus are going to improve our experience.
With that, I would say I hope everybody finds a solution to their problem that doesn’t include yelling at the people that gave you this opportunity, Because with all your help we got this product in the stores, and trust me its okey to be proud of that.
Do you know how many ideas that fall apart? at any stage?
