@Philips_Support_N how can Piotr’s device have been shipped from Hong Kong on Saturday when our devices were supposedly on the same flight on the 18th (mine was already meant to be sent out on the 10th) and my tracking number still just says that DHL has received the shipping instructions electronically… What is happening, did all of the EU list 3 devices get shipped on the 18th?
Im chilled as ice.

Now required is a realistic despatch and tracking and delivery schedule .

I am in list 3 (indiegogo 6121 - backerkit 15591512) but I haven’t received any tracking number yet.
Could you please confirm if you’ve sent through DHL all parcels or also used different companies? If only DHL, do you know if there will still be any issues for some destinations due to COVID-19?

I’m in Ireland too and I’m still using the tracking number first provided, which hasn’t moved since shipping.

I got an email said my ppm has been shipped last Friday, And have a tracking number & link to Kerry Express, but the Kerry wesite said “No such Order” for the tracking number.
Same issue for me as well.
Product was supposed to have shipped on May 22nd and if the product was already in Hong Kong (and I’m located in Hong Kong), how come I haven’t received it yet?

These questions will be answer probably Wednesday or Thursday with very common answer Like there was some issues we sort or on on after they upload the new list if they want then. Will disappearing again till next weeks . And that’s what happened in the past. Philips great service! Need to be patient.

Buna! Eu am id-ul indiegogo 18742 si sunt pe cea mai recenta lista, dar nu cea care a fost expediata, sau trebuia sa fie pe 22 mai, ci pe urmatoarea, pentru care astept si eu detalii legate de cand va fi trimisa… Inca putina rabdare si le trimit ei pe toate. O zi buna!
