If this is the list of units for the UK then I’m missing from it, my backerkit order number starts 1161.
I was one of the people who’s unit was shipped to somebody else in January.
Until @Simon_Painter recently pointed out that doing this would not break any laws, it wasn’t clear to me.
Come on man. It was obvious that releasing just backer numbers would not break any laws. It was stated by myself at the time minutes after they posted saying they couldn’t.

honestly I’ve been following this and I am aware of what is going on. I understand that people are recieving stuff who back way later than you and me, but that is the reality of the situation. Name calling and cursing will only bring up your blood pressure.
That being said, I’d apologise if I made the situation worse for you by replying. That was not my intention.

I’ve contributed this project the 1st of September. Never wrote a message so far, no complaint… just following the updates regularly.
Now I am seeing that the shipment process is just following convenient procedures and not following the backers order… If I am not in the coming batch, I am out.
Where can I ask for the refund?

unfortunately that ship has now sailed. They are no longer offering refunds post March 11.

I have been told exactly the same as backer number 3898 when I asked, so its not posted??

Does anyone know where we can find out which number we are? I know my distribution number, but thats not a 8 digit number…? I’m confused…
@Philips_Support_N Well, i have a four-digit backerkit number (3243), so if first digits 1559 are the same for all - my number in this list is 15593243. Am I right?

When you’re on the order confirmation page on backerkit you can click the print icon. This generates a pdf with an order # under order details. Is this the backerkit number?
If yes mine (actually my two) looks like 1158XXXX which doesn’t look like the numbers on the list. @Philips_Support_N, could you help?

Still have not received a tracking number.
When you visit https://philips-picopix.backerkit.com/backer/share , then use ‘View Source’ on your browser, you can search for ‘backer_id’ in the HTML source. Use that number (mine starts with 155xxxx)
