I just found this out – if you contacted support@screeneo.com help desk recently, but never received a reply or even an automatic reply to your email, your email might have been lost (‘suspended’) due to a misconfiguration in our system yesterday and possibly earlier.

Update: IT is attempting to recover those emails.

Update 2: All the senders and subjects of missed emails was recovered but not the body. We will send an email to all affected users to resend the lost mail to us.

Hi, i emailed that email address weeks ago to request a refund but it seem despite sending me an automated email this must be the case, and now theyre refusing to refund me despite having requested it a long time ago and it being their fault theyve lost my email…

Its interesting to see the note here saying “the customer was refunded” - I’ve received a refund of the first payment, but not of the VAT payment. Ive enquired about this four times by email now over the past 10 weeks and had no reply from Philips / Screeneo…
