Hi, I can’t pair the airmote with my Neo Ultra 2 TV. By holding down ok and vol - the remote control led flashes, from my phone I can see the two Bluetooth devices, but they do not connect.

I think this product has been picked up during the Quality COntrol in the factory and they forgot to reset it. I’m sorry about that. You can also exchange it to your retailer if you want to
