Hello, When I click on my track ID forward me to the website or post BE and there I see that the address is wrong. DHL is not responsible for delivery?

Hi @Bibil10, this happend a lot. Somehow the tracking numbers where not given to the right owner. To get your right one you need to pm @Philips_Support_N and send your email in that message. Then he will give you your right tracking id.

I don’t think that is the wrong Id because they mixup the adresse between roadway and avenue one us un 1200 Brussels and the other one us 1030 Brussels but the name and number is correct.

It’s normal that the delivery is manadge by Bpost on Belgium and not DHL ?

Apparently DHL doesnt do all the way. Its going to be given to your local post.ar least that whats mine says

You’re right.
Apparently, at least in France, it will not be handled at all by DHL but by La Poste (Colissimo) from the first kilometer in France, and it will not be delivered at the door but it will wait for us directly in the agency :

For french people worrying about the delivery “not at the door”, I think we just need to wait for it to be updated, I’m in the same case: it looks like Colissimo doesn’t have the full info for now, for instance the city of departure is missing.
Let’s wait for the next step
