I have received it today! But sadly I can’t seem to sign in youtube, it keeps crashing after I try to sign in. Anybody encountered the same issue?
We just realised there is no charging light when we plug in to the power cable. So the screen keep showing its battery is low despite is connected to power cable.
Anyone got this issue and know anyway to overcome it?
My YouTube works fine.

This is the 1st and last project I will back from Indiegogo. Stupid idea for Philips to licence their brand to such company and create bad brand image.
No more Philips for me also.
This is what happens when a big organisation like them only cares about revenue by selling their licence to their brand and not bother on quality.

@Cindy_Yeo, are you using the built-in S YouTube app? I sign in via the pairing through my phone. When I launch S YouTube, I am given a choice to sign in on the phone by entering a code shown on the PPMax. Did you do that?
Meaning - I sign in via the browser on my phone and it will automatically sign in to the S YouTube app on the PPMax. I do not type my credentials on the S YouTube app on the PPMax.

@shtai1, just to confirm, you are using the original charger and cable. And you connected the cable to the right most USB-C port. Correct?
