Shipping to Sweden

It’s been over a month since order status sent out by e-mail.

Är du någon annan som tänker göra en anmälan till konsumentverket?

Varför?

Jag har väntat i 7 månader och nu har jag valt att inte vänta längre men de vägrar ge mig en återbetalning. Det känns skumt.

When the IndieGogo campaign ended, the option to receive a refund before shipment was removed.

Unfortunately, the other main option for refund requires shipment, then return. Personally I find this sub-optimal for many reasons, some of which are:

  • cost for unnecessary freight back-and-forth,
  • delay for the no-longer-willing recipient,
  • delay for someone else who could have had that projector on the way to them,
  • environmental impact from flying cargo across the globe and back,
  • wasted manpower-time at Screeneo handling logistics for returns,
  • and last but certainly not least, wasted processing capacity in the global logistics system that is already being strained beyond capacity trying to handle critical medical equipment shipments despite all the flight cancellations. Swedish airports have seen a 97 % reduction in flights, and our country is less locked than some others.

Using English for this response. I see it as more helpful for you if what I wrote is read by others, who might be closer to a position where they could argue for a change in Screeneo policy.

Apparently DHL now has received notification about incoming shipment (I received my tracking number earlier today), again with DHL (non-express which will likely be converted to a LostNord parcel unfortunately). Hopefully the forwarder got the paperwork sorted this time, we’ll see…

De har slutat svara och jag är tveksam om vi någon gång kommer få en produkt och om det i huvudtaget kommer fungera med tanken på hur många som har klagat på att inget funkar som det ska.

Jag har gjort en anmälan till konsumentverket och uppmanar alla som är missnöjda med hur Philips har hanterat det hela att göra detsamma.

Jag har en kollega som fått sin levererad men han hade contribution id runt 4600, han fick den i mitten av februari efter lite strul med DHL, till slut levererades den med UPS.

Det jag inte förstår är varför de vägrar ge mig en refund trots att de inte ens tillverkat min.

Jag har ingen användning av den längre då det dröjt så länge men de påstår att de först ska skicka den och sedan måste jag skicka den tillbaka för att få återbetalning. Det känns så onödigt att skicka den fram och tillbaka och gud vet när…

yes tax needs to be payed for sweden 25%

LostNord doesn’t seem to have lost it yet, fingers crossed!

I like seeing the “Change delivery” option is available. If someone in Sweden hasn’t received theirs yet and can check if rerouting to pickup at a center would be an option, it could help give me reassurance.

PostNord has a poor record for “delivery to door” here. Whenever I can, I request shipments be left for pickup at a nearby center without even attempting delivery to door. When “door delivery” by PostNord was used as the only shipping option available (& locked for changes by the sender), PostNord had a 100 % failure rate for parcel shipments during 2018 and 2019 (no such shipments attempted yet 2020). For the 2019 shipment I was working the entire day just inside a window over the stairs to the door. When I received the SMS “I was at the address but the customer wasn’t”, I sent a complaint that they hadn’t visited the correct house. That at least got me an apology from some manager after they checked their logs :slight_smile:. It always worked out in the end, and those parcels were also later picked up at the center, but it caused unnecessary delay.
