I received my projector last Friday, and as some already mentioned, it usually takes DHL about 2 weeks to send the bill by mail.

I was now able to pay DHL for both contributions:

- ContributionId #319 (via paper bill - 37.10.- CHF)
You can request the refund for both of them.

The forwarder put the wrong INCOTERM on the package, saying the duty was unpaid when in fact it already was. So yes, something for the evaluation phase indeed.

Despite the fact that I already paid on backer kit, as indicated, I tried paying online again but the link does not work anymore and I cannot pay it anymore… I received a letter asking now for 37.15 CHF.
What should I do now? This is getting crazy…
