Guys, this is beyond a joke now, backer no 6054 in Australia. Is there any news on when we will get a shipment? I’ve had no notification from a courier, Update etc on estimated delivery date. I’m seeing people getting deliveries and even Faulty replacements before I’ve even got mine.

No update with the tracking number AMQ contacted Australia post. This is what they said.

Have you received a tracking number from backerkit? There was mention of emails being sent for this, but I never received one and had to login to their website to retrieve mine: https://philips-picopix.backerkit.com/

Screeneo mailed all of the projectors to Aus together in a single container - good chance the tracking for our individual projectors won’t become active in Fastway’s system until the container is unpacked and Fastway scan everything in. Once that happens hopefully you’ll be able to get shipping redirected.

Ahhh lucky!! My tracking is still not active😢 hoping we’ll get it before the end of the week.

Waiting here in Sydney too. I assume all tracking numbers (poss new ones) will become active over next couple of days.

Any word or thoughts on GST and whether we may escape paying that?

Wooohooo getting excited now. Probably going to be perfect timing really, school holidays, end of my harvest, beginning of the zombie apocalypse… It’s all lining up nicely.

Has anyone been able to use those “AMQ” numbers to track anything? Fastway website didn’t recognise, TNT didn’t recognise, I can see above that auspost doesn’t recognise either. I also had to use my email address to create a backerkit account which picked up my order Automatically, but the tracking link gives a 404.

I’m a AMQ tracker number also, and also nothing with any one of the listed delivery partners.

The tracking link was entered incorrectly. It will never work

Philips has said that the units have arrived and cleared customs. All delivery companies/couriers/auspost are getting slammed right now, So it might take a few days to get sorted.
Just. Wait.

Because of the work from home, most delivery companies are doing ok and hitting their SLA.

Grab just the AMQxxxxxxxx bit (not the TNT bit) and copy that into the AusPost tracking page. Won’t work yet, but should soon.

Yeah, I’m the same. My tracking number is TNT BD00XXX. I get a 404 error when I click on it on the BackerKit page.
I emailed BackerKit yesterday and I got the following response:
Hi Yaaqub,
Thank you for reaching out to BackerKit Backer Support! Since the order has shipped, it will appear now in your Past Projects: https://www.backerkit.com/backers_accounts/past_projects
But, very sorry, after Picopix sent out tracking info they postponed shipments so the tracking number is no longer valid. This was their response to a similar inquiry:
Hello,
DELAY UPDATE:Our production plants restarted on 2nd March. Your PicoPIx Max should be shipped on May
We are sorry that we were not able to deliver your order within the announced deadlines due to Coronavirus but we are doing our best to fulfill your PicoPix Max as soon as possible.
