I think the reason is all Australia delivery came in via hk > Malaysia to Sydney in a container and the redistributed, check you auspost tracking number is starting with exactly the full digit you had but with extra numbers following it, if it is then it’s correct, mine Did similar thing
Last week you have confirmed to me that my item has been shipped from Hong Kong warehouse and its on its way to sydney and that i will receive a tracking number.
However the tracking number shows that DH Hong Kong has yet to collect from your third party forwarder and it is still in Hong Kong after all. Could you confirm? i have contacted the DHL personnel and they have advised me to contact you as this is considered unusual.
Auspost lost track of my parcel =( I haven’t received the Parcel until today.
My tracking number is AMQ5396515, suppose to receive by 27 March Last week.
The latest info I can get from AusPost is it is in Closest depot near my destination on 26 March 3:40am. In usual case it should be arriving on the same date and not receiving it until today. The issue now is I contacted AusPost, they couldn’t find the parcel and mentioned sender was rescanning the code on 26 March, could you please investigate what is the situation of my parcel?
Hi, who do I contact if I believe my parcel has been lost or stolen? I’ve contacted fastway and was told that it was left in my mailbox on Friday but I checked in and around my mailbox on Friday and there was no parcel for me. Just wondering what my next steps should be as fastway wasn’t able to give me any more information, thanks.
I’d also like to add that I did not give permission to leave so I’m not sure why such a valuable parcel was left in the lobby of an apartment building in plain view.
Yours is in ACT facility since Thursday, it’s all up to auspost now so prob best to track down where it is in Australia. It could be transferring from one local facility to another before it gets to you suburb driver just like mine.
I mentioned earlier in this thread Fastway has a habit of leaving parcels unattended and was afraid something like this would happen, so I drove to their Sydney depot and picked it up on Friday

Yeahhh according to AusPos it was only the container that the parcel suppose to be with and they couldn’t find the parcel =( and then earlier today they were saying sender rescanned the parcel on Thursday which that did not show up in our view. They do even know where is the parcel at the moment.
How long have they rectified yours?
Just received my via Fastway, I’m in QLD (widebay area) . No mention of GST payment so it must be inclusive in the price as it should be.

Mine still sitting in a further facility suppose to come to another facility according a my area driver, he said I should get a email in the morning if it was in loaded on his van so I’m still waiting for mind stuck at the facility since Friday night

I am in Melbourne CBD. Fastway tried to deliver last Friday and screwed up.
Rather than wait for a re-delivery I went down to their Melbourne Depot at Port Melbourne today to pick it up myself.
Otherwise I would have needed to wait till Wednesday for them to redeliver it.
played around with it a bit - happy with the product so far 
The software interface does feel a bit slow thought - might be too used to my Nvidia shield

It’s here! Frankston VIC delivery just now. The Fastway courier wasn’t allowed to take a signature so he took a photo of me standing next to the package giving 2 thumbs up as proof of delivery.

Still waiting here in Epping NSW. Apparently on board for delivery but it’s gone 5pm Monday now. Was expecting it last Friday…

I have contacted DHL AU, and they have not received any shipment from you guys in contrary to what PhilipsNono suggested on 26/3, when they have assured me that the batch is shipped from the warehouse to HK. I am in the Missing AUS 2nd Batch (there are only 10 of us).
Could you please follow up on this case for me? Where is my item now? and when exactly will it be shipped? Please let me know, I have contacted your staff also at Hello@picopix.com, but I have yet to receive a response since last week.
It’s okay if there are delays, but I need to know at least that my item is indeed on the shipping list, and also since it has missed the shipping date Philipsnono suggested, when exactly will this batch be planned to be shipped?
I know I post quite frequently, and I understand there are delays, but my item is meant to be shipped around 2 weeks ago, and I am not getting any response.
