Only 807 units remain for Manufacturing post this. And by the looks of things these should also be done by next week.

the Contribution ID list for those 1,750 will be updated within 24h

I would request you to give us another week for your to be in the shiping list and hopefully all backers will at least have a tracking number before end of the month.

Update: Note that 10,528 out of 14,469 are done as of last week. 180 were added on Monday and 1384 devices passed QC yesterday and will be added to this week’s shipment. Only 2,377 units remain for Manufacturing. And by the looks of things that should be done in next 2-3 weeks. We have been patient for several months, i would request to give them a couple more weeks and hopefully it will be easier to cater for such requests. @Bobinat @Olivier_Huet @Aaron @Tommi @blagerweij

I have a tracking number, on backerkit, but it redirects me to the main DHL page. Is this normal ?
If I copy the number on the site, it told me that the number is wrong.

It’d be silly to refund after all those months when you are at most 1-2 weeks from getting it shipped. My number was also skipped because it’s more complicated than just shipping sequentially. It was explained multiple times in this thread.

You can of course do a chargeback but Indiegogo will ban your card from further campaigns, for example.
