I’m listed in spreadsheet with “sent” orders (https://powerdata19-my.sharepoint.com/:x:/g/personal/ndekli_screeneo_com/Ec7wcDBslupLsv3gJ17o7-cBvivTG1TP7MJSJGf2z2Nk3Q?e=NcVgi5) for quite a long time (few months now I guess), but the last status update on backerkit shows me that address has been locked, but order has not been shipped.It also says that it’s last updated at November.
How can I get tracking number (if available) or get some status updates? I haven’t received any notifications neither from backerkit nor from any postal services

My ID is in List 3 - rows 2790 and 3790. However, I am yet to receive any email from Backerkit on the shipment of my PicoPix Max. My address is still locked on Backerkit as well. Kindly please advise on the status and date of shipment. I have provided screenshots here for you to refer to.

I can see 16904 twice on the List 3.
Yes, I could see that also after a couple of refreshes. Once I confirmed the backer to be on the list indeed, it became an individual status update request.
