Thanks for update and all the work you are doing. :slight_smile:
wanted to know few things:

  • what does expected shipping 22 june onwards mean? does it mean from 22 june onwards Joy list items will be shipped from China?
  • what are the things that happen between shipping (June 22 onwards) till delivery to backer?
  • My Indiegogo Id is in Joy list and delivery is in sweden for my item. If shipping starts from June22 onwards( assuming shpping means out to delivery for me, correct me if i am wrong) then when can i expect it to reach me? how many days, considering covird-19 situation?

We expect the forwarder to start handling our goods on that day in two different ways:
EU: devices are already in Germany for custom clearance. We signed the paper today and sent it back. DHL will then pickup the goods and send it from France as we cannot ship devices from Germany if custom cleared in Germany
ROW: will be getting to Hong Kong for pickup and scanning by DHL Hong Kong

At what point should Jordan list people start worrying that their tracking numbers haven’t gone live? I know and have read the @imdevu’s post on Shipping and Tracking Numbers… but can’t help but worry when the majority of other Jordan tracking numbers seem to be active

It’s not useless at all. On the contrary! This way you can see when the German Customs are done.

Yup, no worries, it’s just that the parcels are not released yet from the German customs, but Philips is working on that so this should be resolve very soon. Unfortunately, it’s not just up to Philips at this point, so we’ll just have to wait. I’m from the same batch so fingers crossed it’ll be sooner :slight_smile: .

LATEST IMPORTANT OFFICIAL SHIPMENT NEWS UPDATE INFORMATION POST

  1. Current EU shipment: these 3390 (!) units are expected to clear customs today, and this time they will be given to DHL France, from where they will be distributed across Europe. We expect the shipment to be with DHL France by tomorrow, and expect scanning to start by Friday.

  2. Current ROW shipments: the remaining 1289 units which had not been picked up before have now been picked up by DHL Hong Kong and tracking numbers should go live as soon as DHL scans them. Shipments should be delivered to these backers in the next week or so according to what our forwarder told us.

  3. Russian “mystery” train shipment: these units are expected to arrive in the Russian warehouse by June 20th, and then enter into customs clearance.
