Well at least you are “active” again and ahead of me. No new teacking number. Checker backerkit site … delivered to xyz (forgot the name). Will check email and spam folder for Screeneo or IvoG updates… Good luck and fingers crossed indeed!!

Well… not really active. It shows “ The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically” since Monday 7th. This was the same that happened with the previous tracking ID for months. Not sure what is going on but this delivery is not progressing either.

Looks like there is now movement for Kuwait shipping (surprising!!!). I may need to retract my letter to the Ministry of Commerce after all.

Why do they avoid the question regards when the projectors will be shipped

Just out of interest, does anyone that has received their projector recently (like this or last month) have a time line from receiving tracking number to getting picopix.

1 month since the backerkit was updated with ‘new’ tracking number but up to now, still no progress with the status in DHL!!

@hzubillaga Nop still the same like one week ago…

I have raised a ticket to change the destination country to U.A.E in place of India. Please confirm whether I have an option for this or Refund is the only way.

@hzubillaga status changed for me now, also got a mail that the pakkage is going to arrive tonight.

Thanks for the update. The status changed for me too but I have not received any email yet. Mine shows status: “The international shipment has been processed in the export parcel center“. Which is where it got stuck last time for months. Happy to see yours is progressing. I hope mine does too.

Because shipping is a total sh*t show (in no way can this be argued otherwise, its the worse shipping situation I’ve ever seen) this whole forum currently is Shipping! with a sprinkle of something about a projector…,

Its more than likely that the Philips/Screeneo team dont know anything to update you with, or are waiting for information themselves from the absolute dire shipping contractor.

Does anyone know who this shipping contractor is? because I will certainly check if a company is using or considering using these clowns. When exactly did the PPM start the shipping process?

And no progress on the shipment - just the way it is!!! Apparently, the item has not been handed over to DHL up to now. This is just another move to “please” backers or give impression that shipments are moving.

Still no news from Philips. Absolutely NO news. Perhaps shame of this disaster is killing Philips’ employees…
In France we call this “la Berezina”. Maybe the term of Titanic should even be more appropriate. Complete, total, shamefull, outrageous disaster.
