I told you to send me one from Europe and not from China.
I got a tracking code on 02.09.2020 13:40hrs and the message: The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically
So far so good, but today I checked my tracking code on dhl.de
and it says that my delivery is cancelled since Sunday, 13.09.2020, 21:45hrs
I’ve read that when DHL cancelles a tracking code after inactivity of 10 days, you cannot give a package to DHL, because they will not deliver it then.
I’ve also updated my zendesk ticket 24490 with this information.
More than a month now and still no progress on my tracking number. Please note that in the backerkit, change of address was already reflected. But in the tracking number, I still see that it is on my old address!!!
Hello Steve, same for me. For a month now it has been in DHL that my parcel has been canceled. “The consignment commissioned via EDI data was not posted. The consignment data was therefore canceled.” Please clarify. With best regards Julius
I have the same status as some of the posters above. I received the DHL tracking number on 17th August but the DHL tracking site now shows the status as “Cancelled” as the goods were not handed over in time to DHL. I have also sent email to Support team and received ticket ID 29852 but no further response/next steps. Please clarify and provide update on when I can expect my PPM. It is very disheartening to see the product available on Amazon and deliverable in 2 days while the backers have to wait months.

There is a problem with the reshipment to Germany, but yes I see you changed your address in backerkit.
Will look into this and try to get shipped to your new address.

Yes, looks like same problem. I’ll need to organise a meeting wiht @Philips_Support_N and @IvoGrijt tomorrow to review all of these cancelled shipments from August 15th.

I have been wiating patiently for a reply or progress on my inquiry since July 6. My contribution code is 14235. I was assigned a tracking number by DHL on 5/20. The tracking number does not work and nothing has been shipped. The shipping is going to the USA. Any status? Shipping number 2630216886.

You are not alone. My status looks like this. Ordered two items as “extra ones for the road” in the beginning of July. @Philips_Support_N@IvoGrijt is there a need to make a ticket or should I just wait patiently?
