If I’m correct you both have checked your tracking on dhl.de and selected to see the page in English (EN).
The weird thing is when you switch to German (DE) you get a different message for the date 26.08.2020 (top right you can select DE or EN)
It says for the date 26.08.2020 Es erfolgte keine Einlieferung zu der per EDI Daten beauftragten Sendung. Die Sendungsdaten wurden daher storniert.
Roughly translated In English: The package wasn’t delivered to DHL, so the trackingcode is canceled.
Checking the dhl.de with the tracking number provided, it says:
Es erfolgte keine Einlieferung zu der per EDI Daten beauftragten Sendung. Die Sendungsdaten wurden daher storniert.
Translation: There was no delivery for the consignment ordered via EDI data. The shipment data was therefore canceled.
Providing us the new tracking number gave us false hope that we will be receiving our already paid item soon but it seems that we have been waiting for nothing!!!
My new address is in South East Asia now! I believe it is much easier and faster for you to provide me my purchased item from your factory in China or stocks in HK!!

DHL cancelled as no package handed over. Only get message on German site.
Starting to get really frustrating as it’s not the first failed tracking I have received and now there is some kind of radio silence here when before we would get constant updates about shipments.
I understand your at work filling one for the road and replacements. But some of us haven’t even received our ppm’s in the first place.

As above comments, my tracking number has not changed since 26th August. I just checked the german DHL site and have the following message…

Please can someone explain what is happening here? Promised delivery that never materialised, promised a refund if the delivery status didn’t change and since then no responses through email or here.
If you have no answers then please just let people know that, at least its dialogue. At the moment we hear nothing from Philips on this issue which is incredibly frustrating. It would be really helpful to get an update on the state of play with deliveries as a priority.
