If you have any issue with shipping and already have a ticket, reply to that. If you don’t have a ticket yet, send mail to support@screeneo.com with one of the subject lines mentioned in that post.

I’ve just talked with them and apparently the recipient is unknown, meaning that the name written in the parcel wasn’t me. I’ve been able to follow the link you sent me and control every step of the way but in the end, even if the link had my data the actual parcel didn’t.

It’s complicated for me to understand the good procedure to do to receive my PPM.

How did you manage to talk to DHL? I could not pass a machine for the last attempts.

I searched a contact number in their web. I called and after a few attempts I pulled it off. It’s a Spanish web, though.

and provide the latest contact and address information.

Everybody with or without a ticket will get their shipments re-sent to the address on file on Backerkit and notified of the new tracking label, if you see an issue with that also update the ticket by reply or open one if you don’t have one yet.

Thank you for getting back to us with some concret news!
I don’t understand if these numbers are Contribution ID or something else?
I am based in France, and my unit was managed by DHL Germany, but I can’t see my contribution ID (7043) in the list.

I will update the list to show contribution ID’s later. I wanted to publish names, but wasn’t sure that’s okay with the privacy laws and such.

I did see the ticket, but responding to all of them just saying “no news yet” would only keep me from the actual solution.
Please check my post of earlier today higher up this thread regarding address updates if you haven’t seen it yet.

Your tracking number hasn’t shown up in this list yet it seems, so that’s the other thing I had to get back to the forwarder about, the recently sent back ones. The ones listed above all seem to be from earlier in the year, April-May.

Apparently I was assigned a duplicated tracking number in DHL.
A week ago they said and I quote: " The recipient is unknown. The shipment is being returned to sender".
And today I can read: “The shipment will be transported to the destination country/destination area and, from there, handed over to the delivery organization”.
But I have just called to confirm and they told me that the tracking number is for another product/person 500 km from here. And that I have to contact the sender to fix it.
Still no answer regarding my ticket, though.
