I think shipping priority is given by the contribution number, not by country/city.
Well, Switzerland should have prio as well but still doesn’t seem to be on the list

Because out of all the first 500 IDs, some of them are elsewhere in the world so maybe people with ID#7XX in Europe could receive it?

The first 512 was not for EU.
The today’s batch of 1600 is for EU and goes up to 4188.
