I understand the delay. I understand this kind of thing happens. But in November, you were very prompt to ask me for €166 for import duties / delivery costs. These were paid, and since then nothing. No email to apologise for the delay, no email to explain. Is this normal behaviour for Phillips? As a long term Hue user it hasn’t been my experience with them… but I’m changing my mind. Perhaps I need to start looking at other suppliers.

I am - as most of mankind these days - working from home (WFH) in adherence to current confinement rules and regulations. I expect this situation to remain pretty much unchanged in the coming weeks.
The announced shipping date - at the time of backing of your promising project - was Nov 2019.
Since we are now in April 2020 and I - as many others - still have no visibility onto the actual/expected shipping date, this may - one hopes! - fall within this WFH period.
For this reason, I would like to know whether a change in delivery address is feasible and, if so, how to proceed in order to ensure this change is implemented in a timing compatible with your shipping schedule.

Their logistic and sourcing team have already purchased all the components to manufacture the right number of products for their backers, and they have restarted production and shipping after the Coronavirus lockdown.

My address was lock so soon that I couldn’t change it soon enough. With the covid19 I had to go back to my country in France. I tried to change the address from UPS but they blocked it in France and are saying that it’s shipping back to you.
Where can I give you my confinement address so you can send it back? ( hopefully as soon as possible )

My backer page is telling me that my pledge has been completed, however I have not received anything. I have a tracking number (search is blank when using it) and Fastway couriers have confirmed that my package has been lost and was not delivered.
How do shipping issues get resolved?
