General info about shipment and manufacturing

I do prefer to waste my time on guys like you (not willing to read and understand what they read) instead of wasting Ivo’s time which could be actually used more efficient to solve the problems with the deliveries.
After all, the more time Ivo spends repeating information over and over again for guys like you, the less time he has to take care of the problems.

So, next time you think you’re the center of the universe, remember you’re not the only one (there are a couple of more like you exactly on this thread) and that causes us all delays in receiving our perks.

Next day, Ivo answers a backer, which unlike you, managed to be polite.

Following day (2 Aug 16:52), going even further with transparent communication of the problems

Yesterday we had another feedback, saying:

And right after they started reporting updates on their tracking number, comes mr. @igoreee and asks what’s the status of the shipment and what are the excuses this time.
Are you even serious?

I am serious. As long as my ticket is open and without any update for a week and, what is more, from the 22nd of June there was no change in DHL shipment tracking I will use all possible means to ask about my perk delivery.
I assume my attitude causes delays in delivering your “one for the road” device. Please accept my apologies that you can enjoy using only one PPM that was already delivered to you.

Nobody said you should not complain! Quite the opposite! And here’s the proof!

My last update on the DHL site is saying arrived back in Germany on 20/7. Does this mean I will get a new shipping number as well?

It seems that there is some movement as I just checked it says arrived in the UK about 2 hours ago probably It come to tomorrow. Hopefully but I don’t need it anymore and if someone want to buy it. I don’t even want to open it.

Now that we see the forwarder is doing better, I sent them an email this morning about the issues involving duplicate tracking numbers in the end of May shipments to the EU. Some of these got returned to their warehouse in Germany, but many are still being held by DHL due to the duplicate tracking. While they finally acknowledged that these duplicate numbers caused problems, their attitude up till now was to just wait for the units to be returned to them. But I don’t want to wait. You shouldn’t have to wait any longer, when all they have to do is instruct / pay / communicate with DHL to get the shipments moving again. There were circa 3600 units in that batch, of which around 180 are still “In Transit”, in other words, On Hold. So about 5% went wrong in that batch, partly due to these duplicate tracking labels.

So tomorrow I’ll be sending them a list I compiled while taking a break from handling tickets of all the shipments that need to be taken care of in this manner. And see what they’ll do with that.

I received a mail today that I was added to a follow-up list and that I will be put in the next shipping list available.
Is it possible to get some more information about when that will be…?
