That’s because we haven’t updated the list yet, sorry about that. You are on it though, just a matter of seeing it for yourself!
In any case what’s important is that yours has been made, is already with the forwarder, just needs to be planned into a shipment flight. These lists are merely to keep you all informed and perhaps from losing your patience while waiting, but they don’t seem to be helping really unfortunately.
Update:
- Production for all backers units completed. The last batch is being QC.
- Units planned for shipment on 16th/18th/22nd have been handed over to the forwarder. There is no reason to believe the shipment didn’t go out. The team is following up with the forwarder and share any news when available.
- Many List3 (Batch 1) users got a shipping number updated in Backerkit last week. Rest are still awaited from the forwarder.
- Around 140 users got incorrect Kerry Express tracking numbers. The team is working to fix those in Backerkit.
- List3 (Batch 2) user’s shipping number are still awaited and will be uploaded once available.
- List3 (Batch 3) still doesn’t have a shipping date yet. We were expecting the remaining 504’s list to be updated on Friday 22nd May. That has not happened. Ivo is working towards prepping the list and will share as soon as he can.

I did received a tracking ID for Kerry express however it’s been 4 days that there are no information from their tracking tool.
I believe it’s an erroneous one? How do I check that?
My backer ID 10353 is on the May 22nd list as well.
Currently there is no way to check, but Kerry Express ones are messed up so you could potentially be one of them. Please wait until we get a confirmation/update on backer-kit.
Thanks for the explanation. I just don’t get why I’ve received a(n expired) Kerry Express tracking number even though I’m located in Italy. Was it by mistake? Should I just wait for a new tracking number?
Hi @Francoiky, it s a mistake, I have a similar situation myself. Apparently it is not as easy as changing a number on Backerkit. The team is looking for a solution for this.
No, only Europe is routed through Germany. US/CA has another hub somewhere in the US, but same procedure
The large shipments out of HK are not made by DHL, but by the forwarder or their partners. So I’m not sure if they can be tracked.
And what about Russia?
I’ve tried my best to update @Brizee’s Flowchart with all the new information around shipping from various threads.
Having a number on a list only means it is close to Handover to Forwarder, it still has a long way to go.

id 14552 I received a tracking code from Kerry express almost four days since I received the email. Why does it say Delivery successfully Does it have any errors?

We are pushing our forwarder for updates on Russia and Brazil. In principle, shipments should be underway, but we want official confirmation from our forwarder to be sure.
Thanks Steve. Please ask for the one which was supposed to go on 22nd. I thought tracking numbers are received in the next couple of days after sending, but maybe you haven’t received them already? At least I haven’t received an email from Backerkit…
First : thanks for hiding my previous post great behavior …
Second as an example when i buy from apple and i get an electronic shipping number within the 2 days I DO see the package being transmitted to the delivery company.
So honestly I’m not bying your explanation @Philips_Support_N and to me it seems more like an excuse to explain the shipping delay than anything else.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see people tagging Philips on twitter explaining how a company who leverage more than 6M euros did so bad a keeping their subsidiary words …
You should have told us about the trust around tracking numbers way before today and not leaving us with false informations.
I really like we were being used and misguided …
